Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery and shipping times vary depending on your product range.
For UK mainland orders, we provide estimated delivery times with each product. We primarily use DX as our courier. Once your order is picked and ready for dispatch, DX will email you with tracking details and provide a delivery slot the following morning.
Standard free delivery is to a ground floor location. Orders to UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland typically take one to two days longer. Orders to the EU and USA usually take three to seven working days longer than UK mainland estimates.
We'll provide delivery time estimates when we confirm your order. If there's any delay, we'll notify you by email. Delivery Charges UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE standard delivery. If you prefer a timed delivery service, select your preferred option and time slot when placing your order.
A standard delivery charge of £14.99 applies to Northern Ireland and UK off-shore islands. Republic of Ireland, EU, Channel Islands, USA & Canada Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight during checkout.

We can deliver to an address different from your billing address. This option is available at checkout. Your invoice will be sent to your billing address only. For security, we may request order confirmation before dispatching to an alternative address.
