Returns Policy
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order (or write your name, order number and reason for your return on a piece of paper within the packaging). Please carefully repackage in the original packaging or a suitable and secure alternative.
You as the customer are responsible for return postage charges. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return, we recommend Online Courier services such as Parcel2Go and Transglobal who provide both collection and drop off services. Please be advised that some drop off services may require you to print off the label.

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on towels and bedding items (including duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted/flat sheets) unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original internal and external packaging.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any wall hangings, curtains and throws unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original internal and external packaging. Paint tin(s) must be unopened and returned within the original condition in which it was dispatched, if the paint does not meet these standards we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If you are returning a hot water bottle, please ensure they are returned within the original branded boxing along with a secure outer packaging to avoid damage in transit. Please note, we will not accept the return if there is any damage caused to the branded box.
