Returns Policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase, if you decide it isn't right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of receiving providing they are in the condition as purchased and securely re-packaged. Once your returned item is received back to us and processed by our Returns Team, we will then refund your order and confirm this via email.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, please arrange the return of the item. We would then ask you to contact our sales team via email sales@therugseller.co.uk to arrange the exchange once your return is received.

Refunds: Refunds are issued within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Once issued please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the money to go back into your account. We are unable to refund custom-made goods, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Size Variations: While every effort is made to manufacture to the correct size, slight variations are unavoidable and natural fibres can shrink as they move to a different climate. Handmade and machine made rug sizes may vary by up to +/-5% tolerance. They are not recommended for inset locations.
