Rug Returns

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order (or write your name, order number and reason for your return on a piece of paper within the packaging). Package your item(s) in heavy-duty polythene for Rugs i.e. thick bin bags securely taped, and for Home Accessories please carefully repackage in the original packaging or a suitable and secure alternative.

You as the customer are responsible for return postage charges. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return (we recommend Online Courier services Transglobal).

How to measure your rug

When arranging the return the couriers will require measurements for your parcel. Below we have detailed how to find the correct measurement for your rug, if you are struggling to take any measurement please contact our customer service team, we are happy to help!
